Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEPdisciplines
- Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements
- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into comprehensive CAD and BIM documentation suitable forregulatory submission and construction execution
- Coordinate and validate multidisciplinary drawings, identifying and resolving design conflicts orinconsistencies across models
- Ensure all drawings are accurately dimensioned, clearly labelled, and aligned with projectspecifications and drafting protocols
- Revise drawings in response to project updates, client feedback, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict compliance with applicable local building codes, industry standards, andsubmission guidelines
