Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop BIM models and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Produce shop drawings and ensure submission within stipulated timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Ensure models meet required standards and specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling or drafting experience.
• Proficient in Revit and other relevant BIM software.
