Job Description

  1. BIM Modeller (ACMV)

  2. Develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.

  3. Coordinate with teams to resolve design issues and other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.
  4. Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
  5. Ensure all models and drawings comply with Execution Plans, project workflows, and guidelines.
  6. Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
  7. Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
  8. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Building with 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.

  9. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) and knowledge of ACMV system layouts/documentation.

  10. BIM Coordinator (M&E)

  11. Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
