BIM Modeller (Digital Practice)

• Proficiency with Revit software for 2D drafting and BIM modelling.
• Work with BIM Coordinator or Manager to support BIM project delivery.
• Generate and deliver drawings and documents from BIM models.
• Production and maintenance of BIM models for project deliverables, authorities’ submissions, and documentation.
• Ensure quality of model using company and project BIM standards.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent. (Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience for Senior)
• Proficiency in authorities BIM submissions, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Advantage:

• Experience in AutoCAD drafting and documentation.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM and Specialist Diploma in Computational BIM.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Autodesk Dynamo, Python, C#.
