Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, enhancement, and management of discipline-specific BIM models and shop drawings for client submissions and construction purposes.

• Examine and verify BIM models and drawings produced by junior modellers to ensure precision, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.

• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of models in accordance with the latest design revisions, site instructions, and consultant updates through regular reviews and quality assurance checks.
