BIM Modeller (MNC)

Location: Jurong West
Salary Range: $3,400 – $4,400 (Basic) + Overtime + Transport Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings using BIM software (Revit)
• Ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with design, construction, and project standards
• Assist in BIM coordination works and provide technical support to project teams
• Extract detailed information from 3D BIM models for drawing and coordination purposes
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies in coordination with Engineering and Project teams
• Prepare construction, tender submission, and as-built drawings
• Attend technical and BIM coordination meetings when required
• Deliver drawings accurately and within project timelines
