BIM Modeller

• Coordination of CSD Drawings, technical drawings and detailing and documentation.
• Preparing shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings using BIM/CAD in a timely manner.
• Checking of subcontractor system CAD drawings and models and submissions prior to coordination of CSD.
• Liaising with internal project members, subcontractors, clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction.
• Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.
• Clarifying and raising RFIs for any discrepancies.
• Making presentations with BIM related software as required by the project team.
• Performing and maintaining proper documentation of clash detection reports.
• Executing tasks given by Project Manager or Site Manager for completion of projects or ad-hoc assignments as required.
