BIM Modeller

Requirements: Degree / Master in Architecture / Engineering / Construction or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of local working experience in the related field with hands-on experience in handling BIM projects. Trained and proficient in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM software in Architectural / Structural / MEP and other visualization and simulation applications. Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects. Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations (e.g. Building code, BCA, URA and LTA). Experience in leading a BIM Team in Shop drawing production, coordination and document control. A positive team leader with good judgment, prompt decision-making abilities and ability to meet tight deadlines. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
