BIM Project Lead (MEP)

Role Overview

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, a leading building services contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Project Lead to join their expanding BIM function, based from their Dundalk office.
This is a key position responsible for managing MEP BIM coordination across multiple large‑scale projects throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, spanning sectors including decarbonisation, renewable energy, data centres, healthcare,mercial, high‑rise residential, education and aviation.

Your new role

You will join a growing BIM team and take the lead on project delivery from a BIM perspective, ensuring models and drawings are coordinated, accurate and aligned with project requirements and programme milestones.
