BIM - Serangoon

The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator who can work independently as well as a team member on our projects. As BIM/Revit/CAD Coordinator you are expected to work as part of a Multi-Discipline Team of Consultants providing a comprehensive and fully integrated design services.
Duties/Areas of Responsibility Design, prepare and update fire protection system such as sprinkler, fire alarm, wet riser, dry riser, hosereel, fire hydrant etc layout, section detail and schematic. in the shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software. . Coordinate and liaise with PM/ PE and or Main Con on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements. .
