BIM Space Management Engineers

Job Purpose

Our client is an M&E main contractor, delivers complex and high-quality projects using advanced digital construction methodologies. The BIM Space Management Engineer is responsible for managing spatial, asset, and information integrity within BIM models, ensuring seamless transition from construction delivery to Facility Management (FM).

This role focuses on validating spatial data, managing M&E asset information, and ensuring compliance BIM Guide requirements and Asset Information Delivery standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Data & Spatial Management (M&E Focus)

• Establish, validate, and maintain all room and space definitions within the federated BIM model, ensuring M&E spaces such as plant rooms, AHU rooms, switch rooms, and risers meet clearance, access, and regulatory requirements.
