BIM Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Convert drawings to Revit 3D Models
• Perform clash coordination
• Convert Pointcloud scan to 3D models
• Prepare RFIs
• Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful management of projects
• Act as first-line quality control manager
• Identify project issues (ex. Schedule, quality, productivity) and work with Team Manager and Project Managers to resolve issues
• Other related tasks if there's any

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related course.
• Proficient in BIM-related software (e.g., Revit)
• Must have basic plan reading knowledge (Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF)
• Must have basic knowledge in Navisworks
