BIM Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to execute against the proper VIATechnik playbook and follow requirements laid out on the BIM checklist
• Convert drawings to Revit 3D models
• Create models that are physically constructible in the field
• Perform clash coordination
• Produce coordination drawings
• Convert Pointcloud scan to 3D models
• Prepare RFIs for project managers
• Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure the successful management of projects
• Act as the first-line quality control manager
• Identify project issues (ex. Schedule, quality, productivity) and work with Team Management and Project Managers to resolve issues
• Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Sanitary Engineering or any engineering-related course
