BIM Specialist/BIM Modeler

Responsibilities Develop, update and maintain BIM Design Models and documentation in accordance with DCA's procedures and standards Understand and apply Singapore's regulatory compliances, submission requirements and ensuring BIM Submission Models and documentation meets these standards. Create BIM library for projects Preparations of BIM models with information required by authorities Oversee BIM project and coordinate between BIM Modelers/Specialists Ensure Modeling Quality Control Communication with project team to translate design in 3D models Feedback to designers about clashes and other design issues Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers Qualities and skills required At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM for architectural projects with office/retail/residential/mixed development experience English/Mandarin, spoken and written is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
