BIM Technician S2B

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Scan-to-BIM projects, transforming laser scan data into accurate BIM models across various disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and model from point cloud data using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Generate accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 200–350) based on laser scans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure modelling accuracy and consistency. Ensure deliverables meet project requirements in terms of geometry, level of detail, and data standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit (and/or other BIM tools) for modelling Architecture, Structure, and MEPFP systems.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
