What you will do:

• Develop the BIM Management Plan and key processes for the design and bidding phases.
• Analyze client requirements and integrate them into bidding strategies. Position the VDC service as a value‑added partner by creating a compelling service offering.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define VDC best practices.
• Manage and grow a team of VDC coordinators and integrators.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outputs.
• Coordinate with partners (designers, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in cost evaluation and strategic project planning.
• Be an ambassador of innovation at Pomerleau and with external stakeholders.
