Duty Location: Fresno, California Responsibilities Duties: -Assists in the collection, entering (hard copy and electronic), and performing Quality Control on data to ensure compliance with environmental statutes. -Conducts in-river sampling, via walking, wading, boating, or kayaking, that requires handling and identification of common fish species. -Assists with adult salmon monitoring and trap and haul operations. -Assists with adult salmon redd and carcass surveys juvenile salmon rotary screw trap monitoring. -Conducts in-river water quality monitoring and assists with identifying fish species.
