Biologist II

Job Description:
The Bioresearch Center is seeking a dedicated and talented full-time contractor for the position of Biologist I or II to join the Immunology Discovery Dermatology team in Worcester, MA. The role involves the design and execution of in vitro and ex vivo pharmacology experiments aimed at defining the activity and mechanism of action of Client biotherapeutics and small molecules in mammalian cell lines and primary human immune cells. The individual will be responsible for experimental planning and execution, data analysis and presentation, and detailed data documentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and execution of in vitro/ex vivo studies using mammalian cell lines and primary immune cells to evaluate target biology.

Perform primary immune cell and stable cell culture to support in vitro studies.

Support downstream analysis, including flow cytometry, MSD, and/or ELISA as needed.
