Biomedical Engineer

St. Vincent General Hospital Cebu, Inc. is currently looking for Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair wide range of medical equipment and devices
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and performance testing on biomedical instruments
• Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of medical technologies
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and equipment inventories
• Support procurement by evaluating new equipment and participating in technical specification reviews
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards (ex DOH, FDA)
• Respond promptly to equipment failures or service calls to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with clinical departments to identify and resolve technical concerns
