About the Role
We are looking for a Biz Ops Manager to serve as the lead designer and technical strategist of our internal operational engine. This is a high-impact role for a person with prior Salesforce & Servicecloud expertise who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.
You won't just be documenting workflows; you will be responsible for the architectural integrity of how Multiplier scales.
