The BizTech Associate will support marketing automation and CRM integration efforts, working closely with the team to manage digital tools and ensure smooth processes. As a junior team member, you will assist with managing marketing workflows, tracking performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Responsibilities
Assist in managing and optimising marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Pardot.
Support CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and help ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Help build and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
Assist in tracking campaign performance and generating dashboard reports.
Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using technology.
