Blaster Helper

What You'll Be Doing


+ Support licensed blasters with underground drilling and blasting activities while following all safety protocols

+ Prepare blast areas by handling tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations

+ Assist with loading, stemming, and securing blast sites under direct supervision

+ Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure safe underground conditions

+ Communicate clearly with team members to ensure efficient, safe production activities


What Are We Looking For


+ Demonstrated ability to work safely in underground mining or heavy industrial environments

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures and instructions

+ Physical capability to perform manual tasks in confined and physically demanding settings

+ Willingness to learn blasting operations and support production goals as part of a team
