BLASTING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Bilnor Staffing Solutions client in the mining sector is looking for a BLASTING OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their team.  
The position will be based between Middelburg, Steelpoort, Rustenburg and Thabazimbi - to be discussed at interview.
Candidates should be willing to travel to these provinces
*South African Citizens will be preferred**
REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in opencast mining, with at least 5 years in a blasting supervisory or management role.
• Blasting Certificate for Surface Mines
• Strong understanding of SHEQ regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass a medical assessment.
