Blending Operator

Overall Responsibility: The Blending Operator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing cider tanks and prepare cider tanks for packaging, conducting cider work and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cider plant

Cellars Operator

• Maintain cleanliness of the cider plant
• Perform base mixture with all raw materials to produce various ciders as per the production schedule
• Perform dry hopping and other cellar additions using hygienic and sanitary techniques when cider is not running
• Implement standard operating procedures while maintaining sanitation of the cider plant and integrity of the product
• Maintain highly detailed records and analyses
• Maintain basic records and analysis
• Deliver results and analyses in a timeous manner
• Look at ways to innovate or improve
