Blow Moulding Technician

We are seeking an experienced Blow Moulding Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Villawood. This is a hands-on role focused on the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of blow moulding equipment, with a strong emphasis on ASB machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimise blow moulding machines (ASB) to meet production targets
• Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and machine calibration
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimise downtime
• Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as required
• Carry out routine maintenance and assist with breakdown repairs
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency
• Adhere to safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times
