The Asia Foundation’s Philippines office is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technical Consultant (Blue Finance – Microfinance and Financial Institutions Expert) to support Waypoints Phase 2, a program supported by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Waypoints Phase 2 advances transformative and inclusive maritime governance and resilience in the Philippines through two interconnected Outputs: (1) Policy Reform and (2) Institutional Strengthening. Under Output 1, the program promotes evidence-based reforms that enable sustainable fisheries, blue economy growth, and inclusive access to finance for coastal and fishing communities.
