+ Stay current with the latest functional and technical capabilities of the Blue Yonder (BY) application and the KN SwiftLOG platform—including architecture, configuration options, APIs, and customization features—to identify software solutions that meet specific business needs.
+ Liaise with stakeholders to fully understand and clarify business and technical requirements.
+ Conduct detailed design activities and provide stakeholders with the necessary documentation to support go/no-go decisions.
