Roles & Responsibilites:

• Implement and configure Blue Yonder S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) solutions
• Collaborate with business teams to gather planning and forecasting requirements
• Design and manage demand, supply, and financial planning workflows
• Support monthly S&OP cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive review
• Develop and maintain planning models, KPIs, and dashboards
• Analyze demand and supply variations and recommend optimization strategies
• Integrate S&OP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Troubleshoot system and planning issues
• Participate in testing, system upgrades, and enhancements
• Provide user training and documentation
