The Department of Biomedical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions in Biomedical Data Science at the ranks of Associate Professor and Professor. We seek exceptional candidates whose research lies at the interface of artificial intelligence, data science, and biomedical engineering, and who will strengthen and expand our core expertise in biomedical data science. Areas of particular interest include but are not limited to algorithms for large-scale biomedical data analysis, computational biomedical imaging, computational omics, foundation models, biomarker discovery, data-driven methods in regenerative medicine, computational hypothesis generation, causal and statistical inference for biomedical systems, and large language or sequence modeling in biomedical problems.
