BMS Data Engineer

About the Role : As a CBRE BMS Data Engineer, you will support the effective operation of building systems by leveraging BMS data, analytics, and insights to improve asset reliability, energy performance, and predictive maintenance. This role bridges traditional facilities engineering and data-driven building operations, working closely with Facilities Managers, Operations teams, and service vendors to identify issues early, reduce downtime, and optimize building performance. What You'll Do : BMS Monitoring & Analysis Monitor and interpret data from Building Management Systems (BMS) (e.g. HVAC, chillers, AHUs, pumps, energy meters, alarms). Identify abnormal trends, performance degradation, and recurring faults using historical and real-time data. Investigate system alarms and performance deviations, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
