BMS Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor building systems (HVAC, fire, security) using the Building Management System (BMS).
• Alarm Response & Troubleshooting: Promptly analyze and resolve BMS alarms and technical faults.
• Performance Optimization: Adjust operating parameters for energy efficiency and to meet environmental requirements.
• Maintenance & Reporting: Perform routine checks and generate daily/weekly reports on system performance.
• Coordination: Liaise with maintenance technicians and contractors for repairs

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
