Mixed shifts 2 weekends/month
13 weeks + extension option

Broad surgical case mix (spine, neuro, ortho, GYN, uro)
Team-based anesthesia model
EPIC EMR
Strong extension potential
Requirements Board Certified CRNA
Active CA license
BLS + ACLS
Minimum 1 year experience
