Take on a critical role as a Board Director for OSTA-AECO, guiding strategic initiatives for student trustees in Ontario. This voluntary role involves key governance skills.
OSTA-AECO invites applications for its Board of Directors from individuals who have previously served as student trustees in Ontario. This position demands 3-5 hours per week and offers a chance to lead and influence educational advocacy efforts. Board members will collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure effective oversight of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Mentor the CEO in strategic plans • Assess and approve financial documents • Evaluate organizational performance metrics • Collaborate in director recruitment efforts • Act as an ambassador at OSTA-AECO’s conferences
