Responsibilities

Provide strategic governance to the organization, ensuring that its mission, vision, and values are upheld. Attend all Board meetings and participate independently and knowledgeably in deliberations. Enhance the organization’s public image. Lead and support fundraising efforts and resource development. Stay informed about committee matters, prepare thoroughly for meetings, and review and comment on minutes and reports. Contribute to the development of policies that guide the organization toward its strategic goals. Operate with integrity and credibility, demonstrating a passion for improving the lives of individuals that we serve. Approve the annual budget and audit reports, and review quarterly activities as presented in the financial reports.
