Board of Directors (Volunteer Position) About Community Services of Belleville and District Community Services of Belleville and District (CSBD) is a multi-service, not for profit organization that provides assessment, advocacy, and coordinated support to individuals, children, and families across Belleville and surrounding area. Through programs such as adult protective services, autism and developmental supports, family court services, supervised access, and community support programs, CSBD responds to both everyday and complex needs using evidence based and clinical interventions to strengthen family wellbeing and enhance individual and family stability.
