Job Description
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating passenger boats, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
- Experience in handling different types of vessels, such as speedboats, sailboats, or ferries.
- Must hold a valid license (e.g., Maritime Industry Authority or equivalent certification).
- Knowledge of maritime laws and local navigation regulations.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Safety Training (BST)
- Has an understanding of boat safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to conduct safety briefings for passengers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with resort guests.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of boat operation, including responding to emergencies or weather conditions.
