Boat Crew

• Physically fit for marine duties
• With basic swimming and seamanship skills
• Holder of TESDA Boat Crew / Deckhand NC I or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of MARINA and Philippine Coast Guard safety regulations
• Experience in passenger or resort boat operations is an advantage
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Assist the Boat Captain during daily operations and guest transfers
• Ensure passenger safety and proper boarding/disembarkation
• Help secure boats, ropes, and safety equipment
• Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of the vessel
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Assist during emergencies as required
• Applicants must comply with MARINA and Philippine Coast Guard requirements.
