 Manage the financial operations of multiple body corporate entities.
 Prepare and analyze financial statements, income and expense reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
 Monitor and review budgeting and forecasting processes.
 Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
 Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve financial-related issues.
