Job Description
1. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
i. Handle correspondence with clients, third parties and service providers (e.g., Adjusters, Sub-con and Insurance company).
ii. Generate and send out claims-related documentation, such as acknowledgment letters and claim form.
iii. Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers and Sub- Contractors.
iv. Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
i. Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants, providing updates and support
throughout the claims process.
ii. Deliver empathetic, clear and professional communication, especially in sensitive situations.
iii. Assist customer for car delivery.
3. CLAIM PROCESSING
i. Handle new and ongoing claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
