Daily & Case-Based ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Case Handling

• Handle Body & Paint (B&P) cases by communicating with customers and clearly explaining the repair and insurance process.
• Collect all required documents from customers for insurance claim submission.
• Prepare repair quotations for submission to insurance companies.

Insurance & Inspection Coordination

• Arrange inspection appointments with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Liaise with insurance companies throughout the approval process.

Parts & Repair Coordination

• Upon insurance approval, place parts orders accordingly.
• Monitor and follow up on parts availability and delivery status.
• Coordinate and schedule repair appointments between customers and workshops.

Repair Monitoring & Quality Control

• Follow up on repair progress to ensure timely completion.
