ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES :

This role will be responsible to provide essential administrative support to the various divisions of the Group. This position will initiate and coordinate administration functions required in effective implementation of administration policies of the company.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

• To safeguard the Deputy Group Managing Director in his day‑to‑day activities.
• To ensure that the Deputy Group Managing Director and his family members are safe and to protect them from danger: theft, assault, kidnapping, harassment, threats or invasion of privacy.
• To ensure that private matters and whereabouts of the Deputy Group Managing Director and his family members are not to be shared or disclosed to anyone.
• To assess security threats and provide the necessary security measures.
• To relieve the driver when he is on leave and ensure the vehicle is in clean and proper condition.
