Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance 
Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments 
Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities 
Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards 
Support troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed 
Prepare operational and performance reports 
Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations
