The Bond Lab Technician is responsible for bonding or de-bonding of sputtering targets and backing plates.
You will have the opportunity to:
+ Clean and maintain targets, backing plates, and bonded assemblies
+ Operate hot plates and ion plater
+ Perform complex metallic and epoxy bonds
+ Know and follow all appropriate procedures (bonding, cleaning, etc)
+ Cleaning of targets and backing plates
+ Cleaning of bonded assemblies
+ Maintains bonding and cleaning records and all necessary paperwork
+ Maintains training documents
+ Operates hot plates, Ion plater and all hand tools used
+ Can perform complex metallic and epoxy bonds
+ Knows how to read drawings
+ Maintains supplies needed for target finishing/Bond Lab
+ Knows all functions of target finishing and bond lab
+ Can perform SAP transactions
+ Comply with all quality, sa...
