Overview

We're hiring two Book Cover Designers to create eye-catching, market-ready book covers for our clients. You'll design covers across multiple genres—romance, thriller, self-help, business, children's books, and more. Your designs will play a crucial role in helping books stand out and sell.

Responsibilities

• Design professional book covers for print and ebook formats
• Create designs that align with genre expectations and market trends
• Work from client briefs and translate their vision into compelling covers
• Produce multiple concept options and revise based on feedback
• Ensure all designs meet platform specifications (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent quality standards
• Stay updated on design trends in the publishing industry
