**Job Summary**:Provides a variety of bookkeeping, payroll, customer service, and administrative support functions while maintaining accurate financial records and professional client communication.Supports daily accounting operations, payroll processing, phone management, and client relationship coordination in a fast-paced environment.
**Core Job Responsibilities**:-Coordinates with clients to gather payroll information, employee hours, contractor details, and other accounting documentation needed for payroll and bookkeeping processes.
-Processes payroll accurately and timely, including printing and distributing payroll checks, filing payroll reports, and assisting with payroll taxes.
-Maintains accurate bookkeeping records, invoices, payment tracking, account reconciliations, and financial documentation.
-Onboards new payroll and bookkeeping clients while maintaining organized client records and documentation.
