Role Description 
Assist passengers in booking their ride 
Assist Driver-partners with incoming passengers and app concern 
Upsell the service of PeekUp as ride-hailing platform 
Qualifications 
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in customer service related jobs 
Experienced in handling and dealing with customers/passengers 
Tech-savvy (preferred) 
Know how to upsell the service
