Booking Manager | Full-Time | TD Coliseum

Position Summary

The Booking Manager supports the Programming team in the scheduling, planning, contracting, and execution of live events across TD Coliseum, FirstOntario Concert Hall, and The Studio. The primary focus of this role is supporting the booking activity and rental business for FirstOntario Concert Hall (2,193 capacity) and The Studio (550 capacity), while also assisting with booking operations for TD Coliseum (18,000 capacity). This role is responsible for managing events through the booking lifecycle, from initial inquiry and contracting through execution and settlement. Working closely with internal departments and external partners, the Booking Manager helps ensure events are executed efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of client service.
