Booking & OTA Manager

We are looking for a Booking & OTA Manager who will be responsible for driving continuous hotel bookings through online platforms, direct inquiries, OTA management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization. This role is critical for generating consistent revenue, improving hotel visibility, increasing occupancy, and building a strong booking ecosystem across all channels.

1. Revenue & Strategy Mastery

• Dynamic Pricing: Implement daily rate adjustments based on demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
  
• Inventory Control: Manage room blocks and allotments to prevent overbooking while ensuring 100% occupancy during peak periods.
