Bookkeeper / Accountant (QuickBooks Online, Accrual-Based)

We are hiring a full-time Bookkeeper / Accountant to support a U.S.-based fractional CFO firm serving service-based businesses across the United States. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, with daily responsibility for maintaining accurate, accrual-based books in QuickBooks Online.

You will not be replacing the CFO. Your work directly supports CFO review, analysis, and decision-making. Accuracy, consistency, and documentation are critical in this role.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean financials, understands the why behind accounting entries, and wants to grow beyond task-based bookkeeping into a more senior accounting or lead role over time.
