Role Summary
The Bookkeeper Admin will manage payroll, accounts receivable, and follow-ups on past due invoices, while gradually taking on administrative responsibilities such as customer routing, scheduling, and company audits. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, particularly for external calls related to accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping (Initial Focus: 10–20 hours/week)
Manage payroll processing.
Handle accounts receivable, including proactive follow-up on overdue invoices (via phone and email).
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Assist in transitioning bookkeeping processes from external accountants to in-house systems.
Conduct periodic audits based on company checklists.
